Pricing
All prices are US retail in US dollars, from the official April 2026 price list. Isagenix also offers lower Preferred Customer and Subscription pricing; you select your tier at checkout. We quote retail because it is accurate for every visitor before that choice is made. Prices change — where a figure here disagrees with the storefront, the storefront is correct.
How we describe evidence
A lot of supplement writing treats every study as equal. We don’t. Every claim is labelled by the kind of evidence behind it, and the labels do not get upgraded:
- Label fact — a serving size, dose or nutrition value from the current product sheet.
- Company claim — what Isagenix says a formula does. Attributed to them, not stated as fact.
- Ingredient evidence — research on creatine, collagen, nitrate and so on. Evidence for the ingredient at a dose, never evidence that the finished product does the same thing.
- Company internal study — an unpublished evaluation or survey. Always reported with its sample size attached.
- Company-funded product trial — a real randomised trial of the actual product, funded by Isagenix or written with Isagenix authors. We say so every time. Company funding does not make a study wrong, but it is not independent research and we will not call it that.
- System-level trial — research on a whole protocol of several products plus diet, fasting or exercise. It cannot tell you what one product does on its own.
- Customer experience — useful for taste and convenience. Never proof that something works.
Where a trial reported a null result, we publish it next to the positive one. That is usually the more useful number to a buyer.
Recall and safety history
In late 2020 and early 2021 the Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a series of Class 1 recalls affecting certain IsaLean bars and shakes for over-fortification of vitamins, and one plant-based shake flavour for over-fortification of minerals. Government notices stated illnesses were reported in connection with some affected products. A January 2021 advisory warned that recalled stock was still being sold through unaffiliated internet sellers.
Those were Canadian recalls of specific 2020 lots and flavours. They are historical. They are not current recalls, they were not US recalls, and they do not describe the products sold today — several of the affected lines have since been reformulated or retired. We publish this because you should be able to find it on the site asking you to buy, rather than somewhere else afterwards.
Current regulator sources are the FDA’s recalls and safety alerts page and the FDA adverse event reporting system. An adverse event report records that something was reported — it is not proof that a product caused it.
Allergens and manufacturing
Isagenix states its products are made in facilities that also handle egg, milk, peanut, fish, crustacean shellfish, soy, tree nuts, sesame and wheat, and that some products contain purified lecithin or oil derived from soy. Allergens can differ between flavors of the same product. If you are managing an allergy, check the current allergen table and the label on the pack you receive rather than relying on any summary, including this one.
Certifications and testing
Isagenix states its quality programme screens for more than 400 pesticides and four heavy metals, that shakes are screened for melamine, that fish oil is third-party tested for PCBs and dioxins, and that a Material Review Board rejects non-conforming lots. That is a more detailed specification than most supplement companies publish. It is also the company describing its own process — a quality programme, not evidence that a product works.
“Third-party quality tested” is not the same as a certification. We only describe a product as certified when a certifier’s own directory or a current verifiable mark says so.
Health claims
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No product mentioned is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing here is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
