What the label says

Over 1,625mg total electrolytes, zero sugar, zero calories, vegan. The current label shows sodium 450mg, potassium 260mg, magnesium 35mg and chloride 880mg.

How to read that

Electrolyte dose is the useful thing to compare here. Check the exact flavor’s current label before relying on those figures — they can differ by variant.

The label, on file with the federal government

The US National Institutes of Health keeps a public database of dietary supplement labels. AMPED Hydrate, Orange is in it. This is what the panel said when it was recorded on 26 December 2020 — serving size 1 stick (6.2 g), 24 servings to the container.

Superfruit electrolyte blend1,037 mg—

Superfruit electrolyte blend: 1,037 mg. Declared as a single figure covering 5 ingredients — Coconut water powder, Mango juice powder, Pink Himalayan salt, Organic banana fruit powder, Ginger root extract. A proprietary blend is legal and common, but it means the label does not tell you how much of any one of them you are getting.

Other ingredients. Organic Jerusalem artichoke extract, citric acid, natural flavors, potassium citrate, organic stevia leaf extract, beta-carotene, silicon dioxide, ascorbic acid, citrus pectin, calcium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate chelate.

This label is worth comparing with the current one. In 2020, when the product was sold as AMPED Hydrate, the orange stick carried 110 mg of sodium. Isagenix’s current product information for Hydrate lists 450 mg. Same flavour, same line, and the sodium has roughly quadrupled — which is a reformulation, not a relabelling, and nothing on the shop page mentions it. The B-complex at a flat 10% of the daily value across eight vitamins, and vitamin C at 102%, were there in 2020 too.

Source: NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database, record 238758, captured 26 December 2020. DSLD is authoritative for what a label said on the date it was recorded. It is not evidence that a product works or is safe, inclusion is not an endorsement, and the formula may have changed since. Check the pack you receive.

Is that a lot? What the rest of the shelf looks like

Electrolyte powders split into two camps. Formulas built for heavy sweat losses commonly carry about 1,000 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium and 60 mg of magnesium a serving with no sugar. Everyday hydration formulas run nearer 500 mg of sodium with more potassium and often 10 g or more of added sugar to drive absorption. Isagenix positions this line as everyday hydration: its current product information lists 450 mg sodium, 260 mg potassium, 35 mg magnesium and 880 mg chloride, zero sugar. Read the sodium figure as a statement about use case rather than about quality.

Category figures checked August 2026 across mainstream products in the same format, from the manufacturers’ own published labels and pricing. We do not name other brands on this site — a brand name does not tell you whether a dose is high or low, and a range does.

Allergens can differ between flavors, so check the pack you receive. Full allergen and manufacturing statement.
