The label, on file with the federal government
The US National Institutes of Health keeps a public database of dietary supplement labels. Shake Booster — Immune is in it. This is what the panel said when it was recorded on 23 October 2020 — serving size 2.5–5 g (½–1 scoop), 28 servings to the container.
| Per serving | Amount | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Calories | 15 | — |
| Total carbohydrate | 4 g | 1% |
| Dietary fiber | 3 g | 11% |
| Baker’s yeast beta-glucan (Wellmune) | 250 mg | — |
| Proprietary mushroom blend | 2,000 mg | — |
Proprietary mushroom blend: 2,000 mg. Declared as a single figure covering 3 ingredients — Maitake, Reishi, Poria. A proprietary blend is legal and common, but it means the label does not tell you how much of any one of them you are getting.
Other ingredients. Soluble vegetable fiber, silicon dioxide.
The beta-glucan is declared separately at 250 mg, which matters because Wellmune’s own published trials use 250 mg a day — so this is a labelled dose you can check against the research rather than a blend total you cannot. The three mushrooms are pooled into one 2,000 mg figure and are not.

It is not evidence that a product works or is safe, inclusion is not an endorsement, and the formula may have changed since. Check the pack you receive.
