Cleanse Days are a frequency decision, not just a product
A published study set 20 adults over four weeks and matched their weekly calories, varying only how many Cleanse Days they did. Two consecutive days a week produced about 7% body-weight and 6% body-fat reduction against roughly 5% and 4.5% for one day — on the same weekly calories. Lean mass rose about 3.5% in both. The interesting part is that the variable was timing, not intake. Nothing on a shop page frames this product as a cadence decision, but that is what the research is actually about. Company-funded, small, short.

- Two distinct dosing modes the listing does not separate: daily cleansing is 2 fl oz or one level scoop once a day. A Deep Cleanse Day is 4 fl oz or two scoops, four separate times — morning, noon, late afternoon and evening.
