The caffeine dose in context
The guarana caffeine here is about 20mg — roughly what is in two ounces of dark chocolate. That is a useful number if you are already taking a pre-workout or drinking coffee, and it is not the framing a sales page uses. The Sinetrol extract is drawn from pomelo, grapefruit, orange, blood orange and guarana, and the education material states the product delivers the same dose used in the cited trials, across 300-plus research participants.

A proprietary blend is legal and common, but it means the label does not tell you how much of any one of them you are getting.
