Why a coffee product exists at all
The rationale is mycotoxins. A University of Valencia analysis of 103 commercial coffee samples found only four entirely free of mycotoxins and five above the EU limit, and roasting does not destroy them. That finding is the whole reason this product is positioned the way it is — and it sits in the education material, nowhere near the buy button. Isagenix states the coffee is tested for pesticides, heavy metals and mycotoxins; that testing statement is the company’s own, not an independent certification.
